The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with ceiling fans in all living / sleeping areas and air conditioning in the main lounge / kitchen area. The lounge has patio doors out onto the balcony which is not directly overlooked. There is a comfortable sofa, coffee tables and satellite TV, DVD/CD player. The lounge is open plan so that if there is any use of the kitchen area, guests will not be separated from the unlucky person who may be cooking or pouring the drinks. The well equipped kitchen includes a four point hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, pots & pans, crockery and cutlery.
The apartment sleeps up to six persons, two in each double bedroom and there are two single beds in the third bedroom. All bed linen is provided and will be changed weekly. One of the three bedrooms has it's own patio doors onto a balcony and another one of the bedrooms has an on-suite shower room.
The on-suite shower room is well equipped with a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. The communal bathroom houses a corner bath with in-bath shower, wash basin and WC. Towels for both rooms are provided and will be changed weekly.
Set in an area that is very much up and coming, this apartment is located on the top floor of Red Sea Residencia. The Red sea is visible from both of the balconies and although not on the front line of the beach, there is only one line of quality hotels in between. The roof area of the block, has a communal area with sun loungers ready for any guest to enjoy all year round sunshine (on average, it rains for only 7-10 days a year in Hurghada).
